Mae pentref Llanengan wedi ei leoli 2km i'r De Ddwyrain o Abersoch. Canolbwynt y pentref yw Eglwys St. Einion (SH 295570) Dyma un o Eglwysi hynaf ac yn bosib iawn yr harddaf yn Llŷn. Buodd pererinion yn mynd yno o ddeutu 1460. Ychwanegwyd at yr Eglwys yn 1520.

The village of Llanengan is situated 2Km south west of Abersoch. It is centered around the Church of St. Einion (SH 295570).This is one of the oldest and possibly prettiest churches in Llŷn it was the site of pilgrimage from around 1460. The Church was enlarged in 1520.
